Minimum background requirements include knowledge of:

  • Fundaments of Probability and Statistics
  • Fundaments of Networks Science
  • Fluent use of english

Submission through the EasyChair system consists of a single PDF file including i) an updated CV (2 pages) and ii) a Cover Letter (1 page).
Please, be sure to specify your current affiliation / host institution, your research interests and why you would like to attend the school.

PhD students and Junior Post Doctoral researchers (no more than two years from their PhD completion) who are members of the CSS ( ) can apply to get a scholarship that will cover the School fee. Participation to social events will not be covered by the fellowship and should be paid separately.
(Please, note that you must specify explicitly in your cover letter that you apply for the CSS scholarship)
